The undersigned is General Counsel for the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation, acting pursuant to a contract approved by the Tribal Business Counsel and the Secretary of the Interior by his duly authorized representative. He is -
a member in good standing of the Utah State Bar (No.1796) and the Illinois State Bar (No. 06200540), and has been admitted to practice in all Utah and Illinois State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Northern District of Illinois, the Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Ninth, Tenth, and District of Columbia Circuits.
.The undersigned has been authorized by the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Rescivation, by its Tribal Business Council Chairman David Pete, and by David Pete, individually, to be their legal representative in this matter.
