1 This will confirm a recent conversation between Mr. Michael H. Mobley of your staff and Mr. Richard L. Woodruff of our Region Il staff relating to NRC's follow up review of the Tennessee Radiation Control Program for Agreement Materials scheduled for November 1990. We understand that an

exit meeting with you, Mr. Mobley and Mr. David Gregory, of the Governor's staff, is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 29, 1990.
