Subject:
PRIMARY C0OLANT B0UNDARY LEAK ll While conducting a leak inspection at 1300 psig, during a reactor startup, the licensee discovered a small leak at the weld of a 3/4 inch stub line l'
l to the 3-inch Cleanup System return line.
The reactor was immediately shutdown to inspect and repair the leak.
The plant is expected to remain shutdown for at least tuo more days.
The licensee plans to do nondestructive examination of the weld prior to performing the repair.
