MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Under date of June 23, 1987 Applicants in this proceeding filed a b
motion for reconsideration requesting that the Board reconsider its rulings in the Memorandum and Order dated June 10, 1987 with respect to two contentions for which Applicants had filed motions for summary disposition, namely, Town of Kensington Revised Contention 2 and Town of Hampton Falls Contention 4.
In support of their request Applicants submitted, in affida,it fcnn, addenda to the affidavits accompanying their prior submittals and moved the Board to grant sumary disposition of these two contentions in favor of Applicants.
