APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO TOWN OF HAMPTON SECOND MOTION FOR
SUMMARY
DISPOSITION Town of Hampton (TOH) Second Motion for. Summary Disposition filed under the date of June 11, 1987, is a mirror image of TOH
[First] Motion for Summary Disposition filed under the date of March 25, 1987, except as to conform the date of-the motion to that of the present filing and to make reference therein to the filing of TOH's first motion.
The second motion purports to incorporate therein all the referenced materials accompanying the first motion, and for reasons which' remain obscure,.the second' motion also includes a Second Statement of Material Facts As To Which The Town Contends There Is No Genuine Issue To Be Heard, ADO

j which is identical in all respects'with the first statement except for the underscoring of the reference signal, "See".
Applicants say that TOH's Second Motion should be denied for reasons as are advanced in Applicants' Response to TOH's [First) 4 I
Motion for Summary' Disposition (April 10, 1987) which Applicants incorporate herein by reference.
Applicants further say that TOH motion seeks Board. summary disposition of a non-issue, i.e.,
that l
no LOA's'or their equivalency have been obtained from Hampton school teachers.
Whereas:
This Board has previously held that there is no regulatory basis for the assertion that letters of agreement are required with individual bus drivers, teachers or voluntary workers (see e.g.,
our Memorandum and. Order dated April 29, 1986, at 32, 33)
