Your Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0680 expires on June 30,1998.
If you are a Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR 9150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required. You should request renewal of your QA Program at least 30 days before the expiration date. This will provide for continuction of your QA Program to satisfy certain provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 until a final determination has been muh on your application.
Please note that there is no fee required for renewal.
If you do not desire to renew your QA Program, please let me know.
