Modification No. 3. Task Order No. 109. entitled. "RE-DEVELOPMENT OF THE RVID INTO A WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT" under Contract No.
NRC-03 95 026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from August 28. 1997 through December 31. 1997 and decrease the amount funded in the task order by $10,000.00, from 5117.024.00-to $107.024.00. Accordingly.

Second paragraph, first sentence beginning with " Task Order No. 109... " is deleted and replaced with the following sentence:
" Task Order No. 109 shall be in effect August 28, 1996 through December 31, 1997 "
This task order modification deobligates funds in the amount of $10,000.00.
