TASK ORDER NO. 3, MODIFICATION NO. 2. UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-95-009 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds no longer needed for performance by the contractor or expected to be owed in fee or indirect costs adjustments to the contractor.
Accordingly, $1,468.29 in funding is hereby deobligated from Task Order No. 3 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read:
"The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $53,600.20 of which $49,661.20 represents the estimated costs and $3,939.00 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is
$53,600.20."
