TASK ORDER NO. 7 MODIFICATION NO.1 ENTITLED " SNAP NODALIZATION KNOWLEDGE-BASED EXPERT SYSTEM" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-97-046 The purpose of this modification is to allot $59,729.00 in incremental funds to this task order pursuant to FAR clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds." Accordingly, Task Order No. 7 is hereby modified as follows:
The total estimated cost for full performance of this task order remains $129,729. $59,729 in incremental funding is hereby allotted to Task Order No.7. This action changes the total cumulative funds obligated for performance of this task order from $70,000 to $129,729. The Contractor shall not incur costs for this task order which exceed the cumulative obligated amount of $129,729. This allotment fully funds this task order. All other terms and conditions of Task Order No.7 remain unchanged.
