Contract No. NRC-02-98-005 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: 1) exercise the second option year, thereby extending the period of performance and increasing the total estimated amount (ceiling) for performance of the subject contract from $766,105 by $234,948 to $1,001,053.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

1.

Under Subsection B.3 - Consideration and Obliaation - Task Orders, paragraph a., first sentence hereby deleted and the following is substituted in lieu thereof the following:

"a.

The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling for the products / services order, delivered, and accepted under the basic contract and option year one and two is $1,001.053.

2.

Under Section F.Qgjiveries or Performance, Paragraph, F.6 - Duration of Contract Period, the first sentence is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:

"F.6 Duration of Contract Period The ordering period for this contract shall commence on November 18,1997, and will expire on November 17,2000. Any orders issued during this perio6 shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise spe.:ified herein. The term of this contract may be extend at the option of the Govemment for two additional one-year options.

Under Section 1.2, Ordering, paragraph (a), last sentence is completed au foliows:

i "Such orders may be issued from the effective date of this contract through November 17, 2000."

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
