" Technical Specification Bases change for LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station Unit 1", NRC Docket No. 50 373, May 23,1995.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59, Commonwealth Edison (Comed) has changed two of the thermallimits sections in the LaSalle Station Technical Specification Bases of Facility Operating License NPF 11. The Bases Sections are being changed to correct an error found in those sections.
- These Bases changes do not involve changes to the Technical Specification Limiting Conditions for Operations or Surveillance Requirements.
The error that was discovered is an editorial error in a reference number c9ferred to in the body of the Average Planar Linear Heat Generation Rate (kPLHGR) Bases (Section B 3/4.2.1) and the Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) Bases (Section B 3/4.2.3). In a previous change (Reference), the referances were renumbered. However, the body of the Bases was not chani)ed to reflect this renumbering. This error is corrected in the attached revised Bases pages B 3/4 21 and 2 5 for Unit 1. The Unit 2 Bases no longer contain this error, as those sections have been substantially revised f
in Amendment 101, which contained the Technical Specification chang s associated with the Siemens fuel transition.
