The purpose of this modification is to provide an allotment of $ 80,000 in incremental funds to this contract and to clarify the contrset expiration date set forth at Section F.B.

1. $80,000 in incremental funding is hereby allotted to this contract. As a result, Section B.3 Consideration and Obligation is hereby replaced with the following Section B.3 below:

B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE (a) The total estimated cost to the Govemment for full performance of this contract is $2,617,575 (excluding options), of which the sum of $2,423,680 represents the reimbursable costs, and of which $193,895 represents the fixed fee.

(b) There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of costs for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.

(c) The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is

$2,085,000, of which the sum of $1,930,555 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $154,445 represents the fixed fee.

(d) The total estimated cost to the Government for the Option specified under C.3.d.(14), if exercised, is $279,437,

2. Section F.8 Duration of Contract is hereby replaced with the following Section F.8:

F.8 DURATION OF CONTRACT The term of the contract shall commence on September 29,1995 and will expire on November 30,1997, The warranty period required by Section.C.4 shall run through September 30,1998.

3. All other terms and conunions remain unchanged.

4. A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:

Total FY95 Obligation Amount: $1,785,000.00 Total FY97 Obligation Amount: $ 300,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $2,085,000.00
