ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE NORTHEAST OHIO REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT SOUTHERLY WASTEWATER TREATMENT l PLANT (INSPECTION REPORT 999-90063/98001(DNMS))
Dear Mr. Odoal:

- This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. David Nelson and Dr. Ross Landsman on -
March 4,1998, at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities at the site were-l conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies the areas examined during the inspection.
- - Within these areas, the inspection consisted of observations made during a tour of the North and South Fill Areas located within and south of the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant, and interviews with Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and B. Koh and Associates, Inc.,
personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the Public Document Room.
