Enclosure (U, Calvert Cliffs Security Plan, Revision 36, revises the audit frequency of contractor access authorization programs. This revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. Enclosure (2) shows the Screening Criteria Outline used in this determination. The modification to Revision 36 was made based on discussions with our Nuclear Regulatory Commission Plan Reviewer, Mr. Greg C. Smith.
