The subject contract expired on June 15,1989, and we are initiating closeout action Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification obligating funds in the amount of $355,890.97.

Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date'of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.

NRC-33-86-266 Modification No.24 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is increase the ceiling and obligated amounts by $355.890.97 from $7.929.583.00 to $8.285.473.97 and revise indirect rates under section G.1.3 as a result of final DCAA negotiated indirect rates.

As a result, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B Sunolies or Services and Prices / Costs. Subsections B.2 - Contract Ceiling and B.3 - Obligation Amounts are revised to read as follows:

"B.2 - The ceiling amount of this contract is $8.285.473.97.

B.3 - The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
