Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this Modification No. 3 te the subject task order is to correct the expiration date as stated on Modification No. 2 to read September 30, 1997, not September 1,1997, at no additional cost to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the colling amount of $94,930.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
