CONTRACT NO. NRC-04 97-036, TASK ORDER No. 3. ENTITLED,

" ANALYTICAL SUPPORT DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE BWR STRAINER BLOCKAGE ISSUE" This letter definitizes Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 3 which provides incremental funding in the amount of $9,707.00 for this task order. Accordingly, the following paragraph is added as paragraph 3 of the definitization letter.

"The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this task order is

$107,507.00, of which the sum of $100,256.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $7,251.00 represents the fixed fee. It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through March 2,1998." , ,
