REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM INSPECTION
Dear Mr. Cook:
In a telephone conversation on September 3,1997, Mr. John Owens, Supervisor Operator Tralning, and Mr. Elden Plettner, Jr., Reactor Engineer, made arms iments for the NRC to inspect the licensed operator requalification program at the Clinto e ower Station. The inspection is planned for the week of November 3,1997, which coincides with your regularly scheduled requalification examination cycle. The staff at your facility should prepare and conduct the requalification examinations in accordance with your NRC-approved requalification program.
This letter contains information collections that are subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). These information collections were approved by the Office of Management and Budget, approvat number 3150-0101, which expires on April 30, 2000.
