@ 003 NRC-04-97-067 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) Extend the period of performance of the cooperative agreement from December 1,1999 through November 30,2000 (2) Increase the amount obligated.in the cooperative agreement by $150.000.00 from $675,000.00 to $825,000.00, and (3) inctease the total agreement ceiling from $725,000.00 to 5825,000.00. Accordingly, the
. following changes are hereby made to the Notice of Cooperative Agreement:
- 1. Notice of Cooperative Agreement, item No. 3, AGREEMENT PERIOD, is deleted in its
- entirety and replaced with the following:
