I will make advance arrangements with the licensee for site access trainine e

ICAVP Oversight. With respect to NRC Team Iryction activities, I will connunicate with the licensee through the Team Leader.
When informed of an unannounced assessment activity. I will not release e
information concern 1ng its t1me and purpose.
j I will remain in the company of NRC persor.wl throughout the course of e
assessment activities, I understand that my participation my be terminated by the NRC if my conduct o
interferes with a fair and ortlerly assessment.
I will not be provided with proprietary or safeguards information. I will not e
remove arty material from the site without NRC or licensee approval, I understand that, in Eccorsanying the NRC inspectors. I do this at my own e
risic.
NRC will not be responsible for injuries or nxposures to harmful substances whic.h may occur during the assessment and will assume no itability for any incidents associated witn sqy accompantment.
1 agree to achere to the same standards of conduct as NRC inspectors during e
assessments.
If I become aware of any apparent non conformance with safety or regulatory I
requirements curing the assessment. or have any consents on the conduct of the NRC's activities. I will mate those observations procytly known to the NRC 1-team manager on site.
Likewise. whe'ile overall conclusions or views are substantially different from those of NRC team members. I will advise the Deputy Director for ICAVP Oversight or the Team Leader. and forward those views, in writing. to Dr. W.
