Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $46,284.12, thereby increasing the contract's obligated amount from $477,000.00 to $523,284.12.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Subsection B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION'AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE" (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is
$523,284.12, of which the sum of $481,159.75 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of vthich $42,124.37 represents the fixed fee.
(d) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through May 15,2000." .
. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date, through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY97 Obligations: $ 47,000.00 Total FY98 Obligations: $160,000.00 Total FY99 Obligations: $316,284.12 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $523,284.12 This modification obligates FY99 funds in the amount of $46,284.12.
