- 1. $55,000 in incremental funding is hereby allotted to this contract. As a result, S 3 below:
Consideration and Obligation is hereby replaced with the following Section B.
CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE B.3 (a) The total estimated cost to the Governmem for full performance of this contract is $2,617,575 (excluding options), of which the sum of $2,423,680 represents the reimbursable costs, and of which $193,895 represents the fixed fee.
(b) There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of costs for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
- (c) The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$2,140,000, of which the sum of $1,981,481 represents the expected to be sufficient to continue performance through November 30,1997.
(d) The total estimated cost to the Govemment for the Option specified under C.3.d.(14),if exercised,is $279,437.
- 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
