Contract No, NRC-04-97-036 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option Period 1 under the current contract in accordance with Saction 1.0 entitled, " Option to Extend the Term of the Contiact," thereby increasing the ceiling under the contract by 5407,127.00 and extending the period of performance through October 10,1999. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation - Task Orders," paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:

"a.

The total estimated cost to tne Government for full performance of this contract is $999,176.00."

Section F.6, " Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987), Alternate 2 (MAR 1987),"is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:

"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on 10/11/96 and will expire on 10/10/09. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.21618 - Ordering.)

The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for one additional 2 year option period."

All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
