Dear Mr. Athoy:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the task order period of performance through March 23,1998, with no change to the estimated reimbursable costs or fixed fee.
This extension will allow for the continuation of technical support required for the planning, development, upgrading, documentation, and training for the computer-based technical tools that are components of the NRC Response Computer System.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph of the definnuzation letter dated, May 17,1996, is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
" Task Order No. 3 shall be in effect from May 14,1996, through March 23,1998, with a total cost ceiling of $266,745.00. The amount of $246,986.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and amount of $19,759.00 represents the fixed fee."
A summary of obligations for this task order from award date through the date of this action is given below:
