Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION / CONTRACT CCILING is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The ceiling amount for the work specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $489.548.80. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $409.441.24. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplishe' within this ceiling. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above !
is done so at the contractor's sole risk." ]
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
