PADUCAH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROLS AND ACCOUNTABILITY SCALE USAGE (TAC NO. L32020)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated March 17,1997, as revised June 19,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP 1 is hereby amended to revise Technical Safety Requirements 2.1.4.21,2.2.4.12, and 2.3.4.23 concerning Nuclear Material Control and Accountability scales used for verification of UF cylinder weight. Accordingly, Condition 8 has been revised to include the date of June 19,1997, and Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of June 19,1997. This amendment becomes effective 30 days from the date of issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
