In accordance with 10 CFR 55.25 Toledo Edison is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of a change in medical c' ndition oflicensed operator Mr. Eric A. Horvath, o
Docket Number 55-31709, License Number SOP-31095-1. Mr. Horvath had a restriction placed on his original Senior Reactor Operator License dated December 12,1990. The medical condition reported no longer exists and it is requested that the NRC remove the restriction from Mr. Horvath's license. This license restriction has been removed administratively as discussed I
with Mary Ann Bies of your staff on February 12,1998. Revised Medical Certification (Form NRC-396) for Mr. Horvath is attached. Details concerning medical conditions are considered confidential and are available onsite for NRC review.
