The purpose of this modification is to obligate funds in the amount of $126.62 and revise indirect rates in section G.I.
As a result, the contract is modified as follows:
Under Section B.2 Consideration and Oblication. Cost Plus Fixed Fee. the total amount of funds-obligated under this contract is increase by $126.62 from
$23.580.61 to $23.707.23 for indirect cost rate adjustments.
Therefore, paragraphs a. and c. are revised to read as follows:
"a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $23.707.23 of which the sum of
$21.760.21 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$1,947.02 represents the fixed fee, c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $23.707.23."
Section G.1, " Indirect Rates" is revised to reflect final indirect rates in accordance with DCAA negotiated rates as follows:
