Dear Mr. Miller:
We have received your application to amend Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 and GDP-2 transmitted by letter dated March 30,1998. Your request has been assigned TAC No.
L32061 for Paducah and L32062 for Portsmouth. Please reference these numbers in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificates. No omissions or deficiencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable fc< formal review. Please note that the technical review may identify omisalons in the submittalinformation or technicalissues that require additionalinformation.
Based on our administrative reviews and projection of current review schedules, we would anticipate completing our review by June 30,1998. This date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
