NEl requested to meet with the NRC staff to discuss the content of EPRI report, TR-108812 in its letter dated January 15,1998. The EPRI report summarizes EPRI research results that are being used to support use of a strain-based acceptance criteria to address the overpressurization issue in GL 96-06.
