Laboratories Services, on August 16-20,1999, as discussed during a July 20,1999, telephone i
L conversation between Mr. Sam Walker of your staff and Mr. Richard McIntyre of this office.
The inspection will review selected portions of your quality assurance program, and its implementation, as it relates to metallurgical and material testing services and the calibration services of measuring and test equipment and measurement standards. We expect to conduct an entrance meeting at your offices at 2:30 pm on August 16th.
