Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $55,000.00 under Job Code D1035 (HLW repository program), to obligate funds in the amount of $72,630.00 under

- Job Code J5226 (PFS), and to authorize additional funds for DTS ($97,945 authorized verbally on 7/12/99) and PFS ($65,503 authorized verbally on 7/1/99, $72,630 new authorization by this modification). Accordingly, the following revisions are made: a Sections B.2.C.b and d are revised to show the deobligation of $55,000 under Job Code )

D1035 (HLW repository program) and the obligation of $72,630 under Job Code J5226 (PFS) as indicated on the attached change pages 5 and 6.

Section B.2.C.e is revised to show the increased authorizations for DTS and PFS as indicated on the attached change page 7.

All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount for the second renewal period of $87,611,477.00, remain the same.
