PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTIES - $55,000 in EN 98-009, dated March 3,1998, the staff notified the Commission that a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties (Notice) in the amount of $55,000 was to be issued on or about March 6,1998 to Northeast Utilities. This is to inform the Commission that the staff now j
intends to issue the enforcement action on or about March 9,1998.
