O V Contract No. NRC 04 96 060 Modification No. 3 l Page 2 of 2 l l The purpose of this modification is to (1) exercise Option Year 1 and Optional Task 5B (for the base year and Option Year 1) under the current contract in accordance with Section 1.3 entitled, " Option to Extend the Term of the Contract," thereby increasing the ceiling under the contract by $1,004.287.91 and extending the period of performance through September 22,1998 and (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $204,191.00. Acestdingly, the contract is modified as follows: l f Under Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation -- Cost Plus Fixed Fee " paragraphs a, e, and i are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof: "a. The ivial estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract I is $1,612,584.91 of which the sum of $1,502,452.90 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $110,132.01 represents the fixed fee. e. The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $812,488.00 f. It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through, February 21,1998." Section F.6, " Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987), Alternate 2 (MAR 1987),"is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following: "This contract shall commence on 09/23/96 and will expire on 9/22/98. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for three additional 1 year option periods" A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below: Total FY96 Obligations: $100,000.00 Total FY97 Obligations: 712,488.00 Cumulative total of NRC obligations: $812,488.00 This modification obligates FY97 funds in the amount of $204,191.00 All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged. 1 .i}}
