Each person who signs up, depending on the number and time available, will be able to make comments during the public comment period. Persons wanting to comment who did not sign up may be heard if time is still available.

Supervisors, opens the meeting, describes the purpose of meeting, and briefs attendees on the agenda.
7:10 p.m.
The NRC discusses the regulatory process for the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant including the license termination process and future plant oversight, followed by a discussion of the Humboldt Bay Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report.
7:45 p.m.
The licensee describes the decommissioning program for the Humboldt Bay Power Plant.
8:15 p.m.
Public question and answer period followed by public comment period.

Closing remarks by Mr. Dixon and adjournment. NRC staff will remain after adjournment if necessary.
