.Your Quality Assurance Program A) proval No. 0495 is hereby terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission pu)lished a final rule.- effective June 27. 1997.
. revising ltfie requirements of 10 CFR:Part 34. " Licenses for Indu-trial Radiography and. Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic-Operations.".The revision, which contained numerous changes in the requirements, also modified the quality assurance (OA) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes, a separate NRC OA program j
approval,is no-longer needed.
