Dear Dr. Perry:
Tho purpose of this modification is O change the completion date for editing and proofrea conference documents and chan2a the markings on the registration booths. Accordirgly, the Statement of Work to the basic task order is hereby revised as follows: (1) Under p 'ragraph G.
entitled
- Edit. Proofread Conference Documents? change the completion date for ti,s editin and proofreading of conference documents from
- March 24,25,26, and 27,1998" to # March 10,11,12, and 13" and (2) under paragraph T. entitled "Reaistration Booths. Conference Sions ,
Used Badae Boxes? change the markings for the conference registration booths as follows; one booth shall be marked "NRC/ GOVERNMENT ATTENDEES" instead of " G Attendees" and one booth shall be marked " CASHIER" instead of " Meal Ticke These changes will not result in an increase in the task order ceiling amount.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 5.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of th task order, including the ceiling amount of $30,513.
