Dear Chairman Lazo,

Enclosed please find "Intervenors' Motion for Revision of Hearing Schedule" dated June 22, 1987.

This motion requests that the Board revise the hearing schedule in the above captioned proceeding so that it is in accordance with the Rules.

Intervenors wish to point out that when Norman Coll, counsel i

for the Florida Power & Light Company, proposed the adopted hearing schedule, it was our impression that the dates proposed for expert witness identification and testimony were in accordance with the Rules.

It is our intentio'n to contact your office in the next week to see if a conference call can be arranged-so that the parties involved can resolve this issue.

Sincerely, i
