has moved to file testimony of Edward B. Lieberman'in rebuttal to the'

Robert C. Millspaugh, dated April 13, 1987.- LILCO's main arguments ~ are that". the - New York State testimony was filed. after LfLCO's direct -
testimony, and that Messrs. - Hartgen and Millspaugh utilized.f a traffic ~
- analysis not available to LILCO at the time Lit filed its direct testimony.

The. Staff. agrees with LILCO that ' it has shown good cause for filing rebuttal testimony, particularly in regard to the New York ' State' traffic.
