This is to inform you that the time provided by NRC regulations within which the Commission may act to review the Appeal Board decision (ALAB-855)'in this docket has expired. The Commission has declined any review. Accordingly, the decision beccme final agency action on-June 10, 1987.
Additionally, the Commission gave consideration to "LILCO's Reply to NRC Staff's and Intervenor's Opposition to Review of ALAB-855", dated January' 20, 1987 in deciding not to review the Appeal Board's decision.
