So you call can take your 5 shots at it. Not really all that much different from the 6 thing that has been talked about for the last -- I almost 7 hate to admit this -- but almost two years of trying to put 8 this particular rulemaking through. 9 It just took a great deal of time and effort to 10 try and refine exactly how it would be expressed.
