REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE -
SS&D REVIEW We have received the attached device evaluation package from the State of Arkansas for technical assistance.
Would you please have your staff review the licensees submittal, formulate a list of questions \\ concerns and attach a package of reviewer guidance documents including checklists or ANSI-ISO references which the State can use to issue a device certificate.
May we please hear from you on this matter by February 11, 1994, so that we may provide a prompt reply to the State.
