The purpose of this modification is to:

(1) Exercise the option period three to extend the period of performance of the contract _from November 1, 1997 through April 30, 1998; (2)' -Increase the ceiling of the contract by $29,591.36, from $149,321.79 to

$178,913.15 to allow for additional telecommunications services; and (3)

Increase the funding-in the' contract by $26,000.00, from $125,448.43 to

$151,448.43.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:

SECTION B, SUBSECTION B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY i

ORDERS, paragraph (a), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"(a) - The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $178,913.15."

SECTION 'B, SUBSECTION B.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION --- DELIVERY ORERS, paragraph (b), first-sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

$151,448.43."

SECTION F, Subsection F.3, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD,-;is-deleted in -

its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"The ordering period for this contract shall: commence on May 1, 1995 and will expire on April 30, 1998. Any orders issued during this l

period shall be completed within the time specificed in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.

(See 52.216 Ordering.) -The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government an L

additional 6 months."
