MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER 32 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRO 02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost to
' the Government through September 30,1998. The effective date of this modification is April 8, 1998. The extension is necessitated to allow the contractor adequate time to provide technical assistance with tails disposition of environmental dose evaluations, and other issues related to the Commission's resiew of petitions. As the period of performance expired on March 31,1998, any costs incurred from April 1,1998 to April 7,1998 will not be reimbursed by the Govemment.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award," this letter definitizes Modification No.1 to the subject task order.
. The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject t
task order, including the ceiling amount of $38,407.00.
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:

This modification does not obligate funds.
