Enclosed please find a letter dated February 13 from Poco Graphite, Inc. requesting an amendment to export license XMAT0326 to extend the expiration date. Poco Graphite has provided the import Certificate and Delivery Verification by the Trade Development Board of Singapore.
Since Executive Branch views are not required for the requested amendment, we intend to issue the requested amendment after the required 15-day waiting period.
