instrumentation Surveillances (PTSCR 3-30-97)
Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO), in letters dated October 15,1997 and January 23, 1998, requested a revision to Millstone Unit No. 3 Technical Specifications. NNECO, after discussions with the NRC Staff, has decided to make additional changes that do not affect the intent of the requested revision. Therefore, we are requesting that our requested revision be modified by replacing pages 2-4, B 2-3, B 2-4, 3/4 3-15, B3/4 3-1 and B 3/4 3-2 with the pages contained within to this letter.
l We have reviewed the above listed changes to our requested revision and have concluded that the changes do not affect the Safety Assessment or Significant Hazards Consideration contained within our "B16624, Application for Amend to License NPF-49,proposing Changes That Will Affect Nominal Trip Setpoints & Allowable Values. Proprietary Rev 5 to WCAP-10991 & non-proprietary Rev 5 to WCAP-10992,encl.Proprietary Rept Withheld,Per [[CFR" contains a listed "[" character as part of the property label and has therefore been classified as invalid..790|October 15,1997 letter]].
