We have made the changes to the registration certificate as had been indicated in your facsimile dated October 22,1996. Please note, however, that the importation of the wrist watches is defined for general licensees by 10 CFR 110.27. Therefore, no correction concerning the initial manufacture or transfer of these devices is necessary. We continue to conclude the 100/1,100/2, and 100/3 wrist
- watches are acceptable for licensing purposes in accordance with the conditions of the enclosed registration certificate (NR-446-D-103-E).
Please be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the product in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificate. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificate before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted i
