STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-97182 - PROPOSED-ENFORCEMENT ACTION AGAINST VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY FOR VIOLATIONS OF Ti1E MAINTENANCE RULE AT SURRY POWER STATION-This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the proposed letter and Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty to Virginia Electric and Power Company for violations of the maintenance rule at Surry Power Station. The Commission noted that the staff intends to take future enforcement actions, including the issuance of civil penalties, without Commission consultation, unless required by the Enforcement Policy, cc:
