EP-102, Appendix 1, Rev. 4 EP-276, Rev. 9-Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the names and telephone numbers in EP-102, Appendix 1, Rev.

4, pages 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and EP-276 Rev.

9, pages 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure.

An affidavit whica sets forth the grounds in support of this request for withholding from public disclosure is attached hereto.

Two copies have been sent under separate' cover to the Regional Administrator.
