- 1. Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Report for January - June 1997 (Attachment A).

- 2. A revised Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Report for the period of January -
June,1996 (Attachment B). The revision includes the correction of a typographical error on Page 7 in Table 28. The Curies released for Fluorine-18 has been corrected.
- 3. A revised Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Report for the period of July -
December,1996 (Attachment C). The revision includes additional radioactive waste shipment data received from a waste processing vendor and correction of an error discovered in the 4th quarter Sr89 and Sr90 data.
There were no changes to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) or the Process Control Program (PCP) Manual during the reporting period. Also, there were no milk and vegetable sampling deviations or changes to the Radiation Environmental Monitoring Program during this reporting period.
